At the end of July the chapel at Wythenshawe Funeral Services was re-named The Littler Chapel, in memory of the oldest resident in Wythenshawe, Margaret Littler, who was 102 when she came into the care of the branch.
Funeral Arranger Stacey Booth said: “The new name was suggested by the Reverend Margaret Young who performed the dedication and we thought it was a brilliant idea. Family and friends came to the service from as far afield as the Isle of Man and were delighted and honoured that their relative and friend had been given such a lasting memory.”
