The ladies at Maritime House get a fortnightly treat when Jean stops by to give them all a manicure.
Jean brings a pop-up salon to the residents who no doubt look forward to their fortnightly pamper session which will also give them time to chat over a cuppa and maybe a biscuit or two!
Community & Communications Manager Gemma Taylor said of Jeans volunteering: “Jeans fortnightly visits to the ladies at Maritime House will no doubt be a highlight and Jean is an asset to Simply Funerals. Community outreach is an integral part of what we do.”
Jean hopes to extend her manicure sessions to care homes in the area in the near future.
