The team from Daren Persson Funeral Directors have been helping others embrace the Easter spirit with many different competitions and activities.
Both branches held colouring competitions with three winners being chosen from each branch. The team awarded Wallsend’s Administrator Heather’s husband a prize, as he coloured in a picture during his convalescence following his recent stroke.
They also held a colouring in competition at Tynemouth Nursery where each child won a chocolate egg and six main winners received a larger egg.
Administrator Suzanne Bremner and Funeral Director Bill Bremner then went to Richardson Dees Primary School where the full school participated in different activities for the Easter period. The pair picked winners from each class and joined in with some of the activities.
Suzanne said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to Muckle Partners LLP from Newcastle who donated chocolate eggs and have also offered their staff’s services in any future events we hold.
“We had great fun with every activity and it was lovely to see all of the children get involved.”
