Funeral Arranger Jacqui Williams donned her gardening gloves and spent upwards of 10 hours making the churchyard at St Mary’s Credenhill look beautiful again.
The growth was in some areas 4 foot high, and after managing to get 3/4s of the churchyard completed Jacqui ran out of batterie when some workmen from the community payback venture turned up and said can we help!
Jacqui said: “Grateful was an understatement! They had several mowers and more strimmer’s! They went over all I had done with the mowers. They commented that they hadn’t been at the churchyard since before Covid but hopefully will be visiting on a more regular basis.
“My hard work has paid off the churchyard is looking loved again.”
